    • Coastal Keelung Shuttle Bus East Line

  • City bus: Take an unlimited number of rides on Taipei City,New Taipei City and Keelung.
  • City buses in the period of validity (excluding buses with four-digit numbers).

 

【Instructions for use】

  • The validity period of Fun Pass starts from the day of the first use and is counted in calendar days. Less than one day shall be deemed as one day.

  • The Fun Pass valid until the count reaches the total number of days shown on the card. For instance, a One-day Pass is only valid on the day of first use; for a Two-day Pass, if the date of the first use is 01/01/2019, then it will expire at the end of the day on 01/02/2019.

  • Order is completed once the payment has been made. Please pay within an hour after placing your order. Any unpaid order will be automatically cancelled by the system after one hour.

Taipei 101 Observatory

➥ Bring “Taipei Fun Pass” to “Ticket Collection Machine of Taipei Fun Pass”, select time period and scan your code, ticket will be printed, and please plan to enter at appointed timing.

➥ Scan the Pass at the entrance to enter.

  

 ▏貓空纜車
Maokong Gondola

➥ Take the Fun Pass to the information center of Maokong Gondola Taipei Zoo Station (1st and 4th floors) and the information center of Maokong Gondola Taipei Zoo South Station, then redeem two "Maokong Gondola Tickets" after the staffs verify the Fun Pass. Enter the gate after the ticket is scanned. One paper ticket can be used to enter and exit via any station once. For example, using ticket A to enter the Taipei Zoo Station after the ticket scanning then used ticket A for scanning and exit via any station you arrived would be counted as once. Thus, two boarding tickets can be used for two rides.

1. For the Main entrance: Please head towards “Group Ticketing Kiosk”, scan your Taipei Fun Pass via ticket collection machine to redeem paper ticket, hand the ticket to the staff for entry.

2.Taipei Zoo South Entrance: Arrive at the Zoo South entrance scan your Taipei Fun Pass via ticket collection machine to redeem paper ticket, hand the ticket to the staff for entry.

  1. You’ll have 10 days to pick up the Pass at the selected location on the designated day. After the ten-day period, it will be returned automatically if not collected and you will receive a 90% refund (If Jan. 5th is the earliest pick-up date, the ten-day pick-up period will be from Jan. 5th to Jan. 14th).
  2. The Pass cannot be reimbursed or reissued if it is used or damaged.
  3. The Pass is an anonymous card. It is not rechargeable and does not require a deposit. The card cannot be reimbursed or reissued if lost.
  4. The use period is from the day the Pass is first used to the number of days stated. The use days must be continual. The one-day pass is only valid for one day. For the two-day pass, if it’s first used on 2019/01/01 it will expire on 2019/01/02.
  5. Order is completed once the payment has been made. Please complete the payment within an hour after placing your order. Any unpaid order will be automatically cancelled by the system after one hour.
  6. How to return a pass
    ➥ Step 1：

● Website members’ center>my order>I want a refund
● APP members’ center >my order (already paid)>check contents>I want a refund
● E-mail: write to service@fontrip.com.tw with “Taipei Fun Pass return application” as the subject, and the email stating the order number and name or order.

　➥ Step 2：If a Pass is unused, normal in appearance and in its original packaging, please mail it to Customer Service Center, Room 427, Hall 52, 195, Section 4, Zhongxing Road, Zhudong Township, Hsinchu County, Taiwan. If the pass is damaged or cannot be mailed back, no refund can be given.

    Note: Tickets unused at the appointed timing need to be brought back to the 5th floor ticketing for team members to process.
  1. Tamsui Historic Museum
    This ticket is valid for a one-time visit each to Fort San Domingo, the Little White House and Hobe Fort.
  1. Gold Museum
    This ticket is only valid for Four Joined Japanese-Style Residence, Environmental Building, Gold Refining Building and Gold Building. Does not includes experience activities that require payment.

  1. Heping Island Park
    Tickets are not for Alabao Bay and the restricted rock area.

  1. Taipei Children’s Amusement Park
    Admission tickets do not include joy rides, which are charged separately per usage. Read the bulletins for more details at the venue.
