Q1. Where do I pick up the Fun Pass after purchasing through the website or the app?


Q2. In addition to website and App, where else can we purchase Taipei Fun Pass?

Q3. Can Taipei Fun Pass be sent to designated hotels?

Currently, it is not available. Please pick up the Pass at the designated locations.


Q4. Can I exchange the item after the transaction is completed?

Once the transaction order is completed, the item cannot be exchanged, please place another order to purchase again if needed the item you need.


Q5.  How to calculate the validity period of Fun Pass?

Tickets are subject to 14 days of expiration, that is to say, tickets must be used within 14 days after Pass activation (including the date of activation). For example, ticket to the National Palace Museum is used on January 1, 2019, so the rest of the ticket shall be used by January 14, 2019.

The validity period of Fun Pass starts from the day of the first use and is countsed in by calendar days. Less than one day shall be deemed as one day,. The Fun Pass it is valid until the count reaches the total number of days shown on the card. For instance, a One-day Pass is only valid on the day of the first use; for a Two-day Pass, if the date of the first use is 01/01/2018, then it will expire by at the end of the day on 01/02/2018


Q6. What if I lose my Fun Pass?

The card cannot be reimbursed or reissued, please take good care of it.


Q7. How to use the E-Coupon?

The instructions to apply for using E-Coupons may be different from item to item, please carefully read the product descriptions on the website.


Q8. How to return the item? 

8-1. The purchased item cannot be returned once used or damaged.

8-2. General items (excludes Taipei Fun Pass | Transportation Version) can be returned when they are unused and intact and in its the original packageing., with 10% charge of the sale price will be charged as processing fee. For how to returning of Taipei Fun Pass | Transportation Version, please read the card’s user guide.

8-3 When a card cannot be swiped and used, and is intact and free of manmade damage, it can be returned by completing the return process on the website.

8-4The process is as follows:

*For deposit remaining in the Pass, please visit Information Counters at Taipei MRT stations or Customer Service Center of EasyCard Corporation for deposit refund.

*A handling fee of NT$20 will be charged for deposit refund.

*Once the Pass has entered the deposit refund process, it cannot be topped up.

Before sending the Pass back to the Customer Service Center, make sure the Pass has no deposit. After sending back the Pass, the remaining deposit cannot be refundable.

* App: Member Service Center→My Order→View Order Detail (Paid Order)→(Click) Refund

*E-mail: Send an email to with the title “Taipei Fun Pass Refund Application of Taipei Fun Pass ”, including the name of purchaser and order number.

☆When Taipei Fun Pass remains unused, normal appearance, complete package with no deposit, please send it to the【 Customer Service Center at No. 120-5, Sec. 2, Gongdao 5th Rd., East Dist., Hsinchu City 30072 , Taiwan (R.O.C.) 】If the Pass is damaged or somehow cannot be sent back, it is unable to get the refund.

☆ When agreeing to return the Pass, Fontrip Technology will process the electronic invoice and certificate of sales return to speed up the return and refund processes.


Q9. When will I receive my refund?

We will inspect the condition of the item once received, if there is no manmade damage by external causes to to the card, we will start processing the refund (approx. 30 business days) and  into your credit card account.
