︱Taipei FunPASS︱Instruction of Exploring Version

  • The validity period of FunPass starts from the day of the first use and is counted in calendar days. Less than one day shall be deemed as one day.

  • Take the two-day ticket as an example. If the first use is 2023/01/01, the card will be used for 2023/01/02.

  • Order is completed once the payment has been made.

  • Please pay within an hour after placing your order. Any unpaid order will be automatically cancelled by the system after one hour.

︱Admission Instructions for various venues

  • At the designated redemption location, the staff will scan the FunPASS, and you will be directed to enter as instructed by the staff. For more information, please refer to https://tinyurl.com/28kns36z

|Redemption

  • At the designated redemption location, the staff will scan the FunPASS, and you will be directed to enter as instructed by the staff. For more information, please refer to https://tinyurl.com/28kns36z
  • For the following attractions, be sure to redeem admission pass prior to entry: Maokong Gondola , Miramar Entertainment Park, Taipei Zoo, Heping Island Park, National Museum of Marine Science & Technology to avoid repeated deductions on your EasyCard.
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond control (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rainfall, and other natural disasters), considering public safety, the organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

| EasyCard

  1. The Pass is also an EasyCard. Please top up before use. The EasyCard is non-returnable. For deposit remaining in the Pass, please visit Information Counters at Taipei MRT stations , Taoyuan Metro or Customer Service Center of EasyCard Corporation for deposit refund.
  2. You’ll have 10 days to pick up the Pass at the selected location on the designated day. After the ten-day period, it will be returned automatically if not collected and you will receive a 90% refund (If Jan. 5th is the earliest pick-up date, the ten-day pick-up period will be from Jan. 5th to Jan. 14th).
  3. The Pass cannot be reimbursed or reissued if it is used or damaged.
  4. The Pass is not registered by name. If it is lost, please be advised that it is unable to report missing and re-issue tickets.
  5. The attractions use period is from the day the Pass is first used to the number of days stated. The use days must be continual. For the two-day pass, if it’s first used on 2023/01/01 it will expire on 2023/01/02.★Calculated by days, not on a 24-hour basis. (The customized EasyCard can be topped up and used separately, without being subject to the usage period restrictions of specific attractions.)
  6. Pass Return:
  • When the Pass remains unused, normal appearance under complete package, please visit Taipei FunPASS website, APP or e-mail to apply for Pass return. The processing fee is 10% of the Pass price.
  • If the Pass is somehow unscannable, it can be returned under normal appearance and intact condition through website, APP or e-mail.
  • Steps of Pass Return:
    ➥Step 1:Deposit Refund
    ▫　For deposit remaining in the Pass, please visit Information Counters at Taipei MRT stations , Taoyuan Metro or Customer Service Center of EasyCard Corporation for deposit refund.
    ▫　A handling fee of NT$20 will be charged for deposit refund.
    ▫　Once the Pass has entered the deposit refund process, it cannot be topped up.

　➥Step 2: Pass Return and Refund

    ▫　Before sending the Pass back to the Customer Service Center, make sure the Pass has no deposit. After sending back the Pass, the remaining deposit cannot be refundable.

    【E-mail】write to service@fontrip.com.tw with “Taipei Fun Pass return application” as the subject, and the email stating the order number and name or orderer.

  • When the Pass remains unused, normal appearance under complete package, please send it to the【 300, 5th Floor, No. 120, Sec. 2, Gongdao 5th Rd., Hsinchu City, Taiwan. Please address it to Customer Service Center. 】If the Pass is damaged or somehow cannot be sent back, it is unable to get the refund.

  • Or you can visit the original place of purchase for Pass return.

  • Taipei Children's Amusement Park:This ticket includes park admission and a set of 4 facility vouchers. Please ensure to carry the 4 facility vouchers throughout your visit in order to use them for 4 selected amusement facilities within the park.
  • Tamsui Historic Museum:This ticket is valid for a one-time visit each to Fort San Domingo, the Little White House and Hobe Fort.
  • Gold Museum:This ticket is only valid for Four Joined Japanese-Style Residence, Environmental Building, Gold Refining Building and Gold Building. Does not includes experience activities that require payment.
  • Heping Island Park:Tickets are not for Alabao Bay and the restricted rock area.
  • Beitou Museum:This ticket is for "Special Theme Exhibition Hall" and "Permanent Exhibition Hall" only. For catering service at “O hiro ma” and “Yi Ranju”, charged and make reservation by the on-site announcement at Beitou Museum. For more information, please refer to the Beitou Museum official website: http://www.beitoumuseum.org.tw/index.html 
  • Xpark:Please present your Taipei FunPass at the ticket counter to enjoy the following discounts: Adult ticket for NT$440 (original price NT$600), student ticket for NT$410 (original price NT$430), child ticket and charity ticket for NT$260 (original price NT$270). After scanning and verifying your card, the staff will provide you with the discounted ticket, and you can enter the park through the entrance gates. (Limited to one purchase per ticket type, up to 4 different ticket types)
  • Window On World:Please present your Taipei FunPass at the service counter to enjoy a discount of NT$400 on the purchase of one Window on World admission ticket (regardless of ticket type, including adult tickets, student tickets, child tickets, toddler tickets, and charity tickets). The staff will scan and validate your card, allowing you to purchase the ticket at the discounted price. You can then enter the park through the entrance gates.
  • EasyCard: This specific EasyCard shall be topped up by cash. The deposit within is refundable with handling fee of NT$20 to be charged. However, the card itself is non-refundable.
