︱Taipei FunPASS︱Instruction of Exploring Version

  • The validity period of FunPass starts from the day of the first use and is counted in calendar days. Less than one day shall be deemed as one day.

  • Take the two-day ticket as an example. If the first use is 2026/01/01, the card will be used for 2026/01/02.

  • Order is completed once the payment has been made.

  • Please pay within an hour after placing your order. Any unpaid order will be automatically cancelled by the system after one hour.

  • Please make sure to confirm the entry method for each attraction. Pay special attention to attractions that require exchanging for a ticket before entry: Maokong Gondola, Miramar Entertainment Park Ferris Wheel, Taipei Zoo, Heping Island Park, and National Museum of Marine Science and Technology (NMMST). This is to prevent accidental deductions from your topped-up EasyCard.
  • Once any product or gift in the package is redeemed/used, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
  • In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, and other natural disasters), the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for public safety, and will announce and notify participants in advance. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

| EasyCard Related

  1. This is a special edition EasyCard; please top it up before use. The card itself cannot be returned or exchanged, but if there is a remaining stored value, please go to the information counters at Taipei MRT or Taoyuan MRT stations to process a refund.
  2. If the card is not picked up within 10 days of your selected pickup date, it will be returned to the original shipping location. Customer service will process a refund with a 10% handling fee deducted (For example, if the expected pickup date is January 5, the pickup period is from January 5 to January 14, totaling 10 days).
  3. Once the card is used or damaged, card returns and refunds will not be accepted.
  4. This card is unregistered. If lost, it cannot be reported as lost, nor can the attraction tickets be reissued.
  5. The "Attraction" validity period starts from the day of first use until the number of days indicated on the card. The days of use must be continuous. For a 2-day pass, if the first day of use is 2023/01/01, the card's validity period ends on 2023/01/02. ★ Calculated by days, not by a 24-hour system. (The special EasyCard can still be topped up and used independently, unaffected by the attraction validity period.)
  6. Card Refund Policy:
  • If the card is unused, physically normal, and in complete packaging, you can apply for a card refund via the "Taipei FunPass" official website, APP, or email. A processing fee of 10% of the card's sale price will be charged.
  • If the card cannot be scanned for some reason, but is physically intact without artificial damage, you may also apply for a card refund via the website, APP, or email.
  • The refund process is as follows:
    ➥ Step 1: Stored Value Refund
    ▫　If there is still stored value on the card, you must first go to the information counter at Taipei MRT, Taoyuan MRT stations, or an EasyCard Customer Service Center to apply for a refund of the remaining balance.
    ▫　A handling fee of NT$20 will be charged when applying for a refund of the stored value on this card.
    ▫　Once the stored value on the card has been refunded, it can no longer be topped up or used.

　➥ Step 2: Card Return and Refund

    ▫　Before mailing the card back to the customer service center, please confirm there is no remaining stored value in the card. If a card is returned with a remaining balance, that balance will not be refunded.

  • If the FunPass is unused, has no stored value, appears normal, and is in complete packaging, please mail it to: 【Customer Service Center, 5F., No. 120, Sec. 2, Gongdao 5th Rd., Hsinchu City 300, Taiwan (300新竹市公道五路二段120號5樓 客服中心收)】。If the card is damaged or cannot be mailed back, no refund will be issued.

  • Alternatively, consumers may contact their original purchasing channel to process a card refund.

  • Taipei Children's Amusement Park:This ticket includes park admission and a set of 4 facility vouchers. Please ensure to carry the 4 facility vouchers throughout your visit in order to use them for 4 selected amusement facilities within the park.
  • Tamsui Historic Museum:This ticket is valid for a one-time visit each to Fort San Domingo, the Little White House and Hobe Fort.
  • Gold Museum:This ticket is only valid for Four Joined Japanese-Style Residence, Environmental Building, Gold Refining Building and Gold Building. Does not includes experience activities that require payment.
  • Heping Island Park:Tickets are not for Alabao Bay and the restricted rock area.
  • Beitou Museum:This ticket is for "Special Theme Exhibition Hall" and "Permanent Exhibition Hall" only. For catering service at “O hiro ma” and “Yi Ranju”, charged and make reservation by the on-site announcement at Beitou Museum. For more information, please refer to the Beitou Museum official website: http://www.beitoumuseum.org.tw/index.html 
  • Xpark:Please present your Taipei FunPass at the ticket counter to enjoy the following discounts: Adult ticket for NT$440 (original price NT$600), student ticket for NT$410 (original price NT$430), child ticket and charity ticket for NT$260 (original price NT$270). After scanning and verifying your card, the staff will provide you with the discounted ticket, and you can enter the park through the entrance gates. (Limited to one purchase per ticket type, up to 4 different ticket types)
  • Window On World:Please present your Taipei FunPass at the service counter to enjoy a discount of NT$400 on the purchase of one Window on World admission ticket (regardless of ticket type, including adult tickets, student tickets, child tickets, toddler tickets, and charity tickets). The staff will scan and validate your card, allowing you to purchase the ticket at the discounted price. You can then enter the park through the entrance gates.
  • EasyCard: This specific EasyCard shall be topped up by cash. The deposit within is refundable with handling fee of NT$20 to be charged. However, the card itself is non-refundable.
