【Badouzi Community】
Stepping into Badouzi Community, tour guide will elaborate history and features of the community such as traditional Gu-Lao (coral stone) house and fishing product processing area as well as taking you walking through mysterious trails, grassland and a gorge then getting to Wang-You Valley.
【Wang-You Valley】
The valley is green with green grass in spring & summer time and becomes cream color in autumn & winter time. Wang You Valley is a V-shaped valley, and you can walk on the coastal trails built with slates for a great mountain and ocean view.
-10:40-12:20 Roaming with tour guide in Wang You Valley costal trail, Chaojing Park and Changtanli Fishing Port.
【Wang-You Valley coastal trail】
Along the coastal trail from Badouzi Community to Wang-You Valley, then to the Scenic Lookout and 101 Highlands, you will see a valley with green grass, the Keelung Island with sea waves as well as mountains with layers. You will enjoy the great ocean and mountain views and special coast erosion landform. Besides, you might see kinds of butterflies, even Crested Serpent-eagles or Black Kites. All these let you forget about all of your worries. (The valley is named "Worriless Valley.", pronounced as “Wang You Valley”)
【Chaojing Park】
Chaojing means a confluence of warm and cold currents where migratory fish clusters so to be a natural fish farm. Chaojing Park locates in east side of Badouzi peninsula, facing Wanghaisiang bay (it used to be called “Huan Fan Da Ou”). Chaojing Park was rebuilt and becomes a spot to appreciate the view of the sea, and there are trails made of crossties and installation art artwork in the park so it becomes a very popular attraction in northern Taiwan.
-12:20-12:30 Depart for Badouzi Tourism Fishing Harbor by bus.
-12:30-13:40 Lunch at Yu Pin Hsuan Restaurant for a sea food meal.
Owner of the restaurant was grown up in a fisherman’s family at Badouzi, who loves ocean and the place where he grew up. He hopes to bring back Badouzi local great foods made of seasonal ingredients and to share them with people. He also produces natural sea foods as representative souvenirs from Badouzi, which are so popular.
-13:40-14:00 Depart for Heping Island Park by bus.
-14:00-15:50 Visiting with tour guide in Heping Island Park.
【Heping Island Park】
Heping Island Park located in east side of Keelung Harbor. It’s with important terrain of marine abrasion, kinds of different rocks and stones, algae and diversified marine life. The park minimized disruption to the gift of nature with the least artificial construction, and it is a recreation area as well as a classroom for nature in northern Taiwan.
-15:50-16:00 Depart for Zhengbin Fishing Port by bus.
-16:00-17:00 Roaming with tour guide in Zhengbin Fishing Port and Agenna Shipyard Relics.
【Zhengbin Fishing Port】
Besides offering fun for fishing and great sea foods, the long-established Zhengbin Fishing Port has transformed into a beautiful small town after coloring the houses along the pier, and it's now a popular check-in location on Instagram.
【Agenna Shipyard Relics】
The long-established Agenna Shipyard was originally a pier for transportation of placer. The original business was ended as the time of end of Japanese colonial era. The factory then was rent to Agenna Shipyard, an American company who was building yachts, so it’s renamed as Agenna Shipyard. The Cement columns in the factory were seriously eroded by sea wind year after year, and they were once ruined by excavators so to draw attention from people. Moreover, it has become even more popular due to frequent checked-in on social media.
