｜How to use electronic tickets

1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
2. After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.
3. Present your electronic certificate (QR Code) at the redemption counter and exchange it with the staff for a physical ticket card.

• Redemption Method for Electronic Certificate: Please present the electronic certificate (QR Code) at the designated service counters below to exchange for a physical ticket card.
  • Taipei Station (BL12/R10)

  • Opening Hours: 06:00 - 23:59

• Usage of Physical Ticket Card:
  
  • During the validity period of the electronic ticket, passengers can exchange for a ticket card at the designated redemption counters with the electronic certificate, and they can freely choose the activation date. After activation by the automatic ticket gate at the station, the pass allows unlimited rides and mileage for 48 consecutive hours, with one person per ride.
  • When entering the station, lightly touch the physical ticket card to the sensing area. When the gate emits a sound prompt and the screen displays a green passage arrow, the gate will open for passengers to pass through. When exiting the station, simply touch the gate sensor to exit.
  • Applicable areas include Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro, excluding Taoyuan Airport Metro.
