｜Ticket Type

  1. This is an electronic ticket (QR Code) and a physical ticket will not be sent separately.
  2. After completing the payment, please check your email to receive the "payment successful notification" email. You can use the QR code attached in the email for verification, or you can go to the website's "Member Center" → "My Orders" → "Paid" page → click "View" to access the QR Code for verification.
  3. Please present the relevant purchase proof (QR code) at the counter for verification and redemption.

Shifen - Mei Guo Sky Lantern & Electric Scooter Rental

  • Redemption location: No. 101, Shifen Street, Pingxi District, New Taipei City
  • Business hours: Daily 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Redemption can be made during business hours; please ensure timely return of the electric scooter).

  • Within one hour of placing an order, payment must be completed. The system will automatically cancel orders that exceed the payment deadline.
  • The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you need to change the number of people, please request a refund and place a new order.
  • Products cannot be refunded after they have been redeemed.
  • If you have an unused product and wish to request a refund, please go to [Member Center]->[Paid]->[I want a refund] to apply for a refund. Refund requests will not be accepted after the deadline.
  • If you have any issues with the system or your order, please contact customer service at 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00.

  • This package includes a single-color sky lantern. If you wish to upgrade to a four-color sky lantern, please pay the price difference on-site.
  • The electric scooter in this package is officially classified as a “mini electric two-wheeler.” According to new regulations, no driver’s license is required, and rental is available to all nationalities. However, renters must be at least 14 years old and comply with relevant riding regulations.
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for any redeemed products or gifts in the package
  • Please be sure to check the business hours of the redemption location. If you are unable to redeem during the specified hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the valid period.
  • This ticket is limited to one person per use. Each electronic ticket can only be used once, and it cannot be reused after verification for entry.
  • Except for situations specified in the "Regulations on Stopping Office and Class Operations due to Natural Disasters," in which the county/city government decides to suspend announcements or class activities, or when the management unit deems it necessary to fully or partially close the park due to factors that may affect visitor safety, the event organizer may postpone or cancel the event. Advance notice and communication will be provided. The event organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.
