Please exchange paper tickets using QR Code at service desk (2 tickets should be redeemed in a set). Tickets to Taipei should be used on the day of ticket exchange; tickets cannot be redeemed ahead or used on a later date.
On your return trip, present the paper ticket at the service desk for stamping, return ticket will expire 6 months after QR Code redemption.
For example: if the paper tickets were redeemed on 2024/10/01, the ticket going in town should be used on the day of 2024/10/01; return trip will expire in 6 months time on 2025/03/31.

No re-issuing of tickets, please store with care.
Tickets are not seat allocated, seats cannot be booked in advance.
Return ticket expires 6 months after day of redemption.
Riding time and bus scheduling may be subjected to weather or on-road delays.
Luggage measurements shouldn’t exceed 180cm for the total from length, width and height. The luggage compartment on the coach is limited.
Children under 2 can hop on free-of-charge, 3-11 year old kids can purchase half-priced tickets on site, 12 year old and above will be deemed as adults.
2 luggage per person, for every extra luggage, a half-priced ticket surcharge will be issued, please pay onboard.

Order is completed once the payment has been made.
Please pay within an hour after placing your order. Any unpaid order will be automatically cancelled by the system after one hour.
The system does not allow revision of orders. If you want to change the number of people, refund of tickets and re-orders are required.
No refund or returns after tickets are redeemed.
You can go to the Taipei Fun Pass website or its app or send an email to get a refund for unused merchandise.
