Please present and scan your electronic voucher (QR Code) on the bus ticket reader when boarding and alighting for verification. Before scanning, it is highly recommended to turn up your mobile phone screen brightness, and tap the QR Code to enlarge it, to ensure smooth verification.

The One-Day Pass validity period allows unlimited rides on all bus shifts on the designated travel date. The One-Day Pass is strictly limited to use on the designated travel date, and seat reservations are not available.

【By MRT】

Take the Taipei MRT Tamsui-Xinyi Line to Tamsui Station, and walk to Bus Platform 5 to board the 115 Weekend/Holiday Tourist Bus.

【By Bus】

From MRT Guandu Station, take route Red 13 or Red 22, get off at Ferry Pier stop, and transfer to the 115 Weekend/Holiday Tourist Bus.

From MRT Luzhou Station, take route 704, get off at Ferry Pier stop, and transfer to the 115 Weekend/Holiday Tourist Bus.

From MRT Zhuwei Station or MRT Hongshulin Station, take route 308, 756, 757, 821, 837, 857, 864, 878, 880, 883, or 947, get off at MRT Tamsui Station, and transfer to the 115 Weekend/Holiday Tourist Bus.

First/Last Bus Hours: 10:00 – 19:00 (Suspended from Monday to Friday)

※ Boarding Precautions

Valid for one person per ticket only.

The ticket can be verified only once on the same bus vehicle. Bookings do not guarantee a seat (standing is permitted as this is not a highway coach/intercity bus route). Please line up in order at the site for boarding and alighting.

The One-Day Pass validity period allows unlimited rides on all bus shifts on the designated travel date. The One-Day Pass is strictly limited to use on the designated travel date, and seat reservations are not available.

※ System Precautions

Payment must be completed within one hour after the order is created. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the system will automatically cancel the order.

The system does not provide an order modification function. If you wish to change the quantity, you must refund the current ticket and rebook.

Once any product has been redeemed and used, no refunds or returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

Provided that the product is completely unused, please go to the Member Center of "This Website" → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for Refund to complete the cancellation process.

※ Redemption Restrictions

Once any product or gift in the package voucher has been scanned and used, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
Please be sure to check the operating hours of the redeeming stores. If redemption cannot be made during a specific period, please redeem during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
This ticket is restricted to one ticket per person. Each electronic ticket can only be used once, and re-entry is not permitted after the ticket has been verified at the gate.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and heavy rain), the organizer may postpone or cancel the event for public safety. Prior announcements and notifications will be made. For any unaddressed matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

※ Refund Rules

1. Ticket Refund: For an unused One-Day Pass, the refund application must be submitted at least 1 day prior to the scheduled travel date to waive the handling fee. Refund applications submitted on the day of travel will not be accepted. The refund methods are as follows:

[E-mail] Send an email to the customer service mailbox service@fontrip.com.tw with the subject line [Tamsui-Bali Tourist Bus Route 115 One-Day Pass Refund Application]. The email body must clearly state the order number and the purchaser's name.
Upon agreeing to process the refund, Fontrip Technology Co., Ltd. will handle the e-invoices and ticket refund matters on your behalf.

2. If a passenger's reserved bus shift is affected by a typhoon, vehicle breakdown, or road accident resulting in the inability to ride, a full refund can be applied for. To request a refund, please send an [E-mail] to the customer service mailbox service@fontrip.com.tw with the subject line [Tamsui-Bali Tourist Bus Route 115 Refund Application due to Typhoon/Vehicle Breakdown]. The email body must clearly state the order number and the purchaser's name.
