Taipei Metro: Take an unlimited number of rides on the Taipei Metro and Circular Line(Excluding LRT) in the period of validity.

Taiwan Tourist Shuttle: Take an unlimited number of rides on six Taiwan Tourist Shuttle routes in the period of validity, namely the Jiufen Jinguashi,Beitou-Zhuzihu, Muzha-Pingxi, Crown Northern Coast, Gold Fulong, and　Coastal Keelung Shuttle Bus   .

  • The usage period starts from the first day of use and lasts until the number of days indicated on the card. The usage days must be consecutive.
  • For example, for a one-day pass, if the first day of use is January 1, 2023, the card must be used on January 1, 2023.

  1. The Fun Pass cannot be refunded once used or damaged.
  2. The Fun Pass is not registered in your name. It cannot be charged, and no deposit is included. No reissue or cancellation if it is lost.
  3. All passes that are unused and of normal appearance can be returned by via the Taipei FunPASS website, APP or email. A NT$20 service fee will be charged.
  4. If the Fun Pass is not collected within 10 days of the expected date of collection the customer selected, the Fun Pass will be returned to the original shipping point, and a refund will be processed by customer service staff. A NT$20 service fee will be charged.(Example: If the expected date of collection is January 5th, the available period for collecting will be a total of 10 days from January 5th to January 14th.
  5. How to Return the Fun Pass:
    • The Fun Pass must be unused, with no damage on the appearance in intact packaging. Please return the card via the “Taipei Fun Pass” official website or email. 
    • If the Fun Pass cannot be scanned or used, the return can be processed through the official website or email with no artificial damage on the Fun Pass.
    • The process for return is as below:

      Step 1

      [Webite] Member Center → My Order → Returns

      [E-mail] Send an e-mail to customer service at “service@fontrip.com.tw” with the e-mail title “Taipei Fun Pass Return Application”, and include the order number and the customer's first and last name in the content.

      Step 2

      If the Fun Pass is unused, with no damage on the appearance and in intact packaging, please send it to “Customer Service Center” at the address “5F., No. 120, Sec. 2, Gongdao 5th Rd., East Dist., Hsinchu City 30046 , Taiwan (R.O.C.)”. If the card is damaged or cannot be sent back, the return will not be accepted.

  6. Starting from 2024/10/01, the card refund processing fee for orders will be adjusted to 10% of the selling price of the Fun Pass.

This product does not include access to Taoyuan Airport MRT.
