There are 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day type of passes, which are flexible for various travel plans! Choose the Fun Pass that suits you best and enjoy your trip to Taipei!

｜Taipei FunPASS｜How to use Unlimited Pass

・The expiration date is counted from the day the pass is first used and is valid until the number of days indicated on the card end. It must be used for consecutive days.

・Taking a 1-Day Pass as an example, if the date of first use is January 1, 2023, it must be used within January 1, 2023.

・Taking a 2-Day Pass as an example, if the first date of use is January 1, 2023, the expiration date will be January 2, 2023.

・Taking the 3-day pass as an example, if the date of first use is January 1, 2023, the expiration date will be January 3, 2023.

・The order will be complete after the payment completed.

・Payment must be completed within one hour after the order is placed. The system will automatically cancel the order if the payment is overdue.

｜How to enter each attraction：

・At the designated redemption location, the staff will scan the FunPASS, and you will be directed to enter as instructed by the staff. For more information, please refer to https://tinyurl.com/m4zmbuy2 

 

1.If the Fun Pass is not collected within 10 days of the expected date of collection the customer selected, the Fun Pass will be returned to the original shipping point, and a refund will be processed by customer service staff. A 10% handling fee will be charged. (Example: If the expected date of collection is January 5th, the available period for collecting will be a total of 10 days from January 5th to January 14th.)

2.The Fun Pass cannot be refunded once used or damaged.

3.The Fun Pass is not registered in your name. It cannot be charged, and no deposit is included. No reissue or cancellation if it is lost.

4.The expiration date is from the date of first use to the number of days indicated on the card. Also, you should use it for consecutive days. Take the 1-day ticket as an example, it is valid only on the day it is first used. Take a 2-day pass as an example, if the date of first use is January 1, 2023, the expiration date will be January 2, 2023.

5.The order will be complete after the payment is completed. Payment must be completed within one hour after the order is placed. The system will automatically cancel the order if the payment is overdue.

6.How to Return the Fun Pass:

  • The Fun Pass must be unused, with no damage on the appearance in intact packaging. Please return the card via the “Taipei Fun Pass” official website, app, or email. A handling fee of 10% of the selling price of the Fun Pass will be charged.
  • If the Fun Pass cannot be scanned or used, the return can be processed through the official website, app, or email with no artificial damage on the Fun Pass.
  • The process for return is as below:

    [App] Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Details → Returns

    [E-mail] Send an e-mail to customer service at “service@fontrip.com.tw” with the e-mail title “Taipei Fun Pass Return Application”, and include the order number and the customer's first and last name in the content.

     

    Step 2

    If the Fun Pass is unused, with no damage on the appearance and in intact packaging, please send it to “Customer Service Center” at the address “5F., No. 120, Sec. 2, Gongdao 5th Rd., East Dist., Hsinchu City 30046 , Taiwan (R.O.C.)”. If the card is damaged or cannot be sent back, the return will not be accepted.

 

  1. Taipei 101: Staff at the ticket office on the 5th floor of Taipei will help to handle the expired admission tickets.
  2. Tamsui Historical Museum: This ticket provides visitors access to Fort San Domingo, Little White House, and Hobe Fort for one visit each. (Free access to the group of buildings, including Hobe Elementary School Auditorium, Tamsui Xiong's Former Residence, Taga Ryoji's Former Residence, Merchant Logo Douglas Lapraik & Co., Fisherman's Wharf-Huwei Side, Tamsui Art Workshop)
  3. Gold Museum: This ticket allows admission to Four Joined of Japanese-Style Residence, Environmental Building, Gold Refining Building, Jin-shuei Special Exhibition Hall, and Gold Building. Please note that fees for optional activities are not included.
  4. Heping Island Park: This ticket does not include admission to the rock landscape control area and Alapawan.
  5. Taipei Children's Amusement Park:This ticket includes park admission and a set of 4 facility vouchers. Please ensure to carry the 4 facility vouchers throughout your visit in order to use them for 4 selected amusement facilities within the park.
  6. National Museum of Marine Science: This ticket only includes admission to the Main Exhibition Building. Admission to Intelligent Ocean is excluded.
