Card Validity

The card validity starts from the day you redeem your first item, including admission, experiences, transportation, or souvenirs. It can be used consecutively for the number of days shown on the card.
※ Validity is counted by calendar days, not by hours.

💡 Usage Example: If you pick up a 3-day Unlimited Fun Pass on 2025/10/1:

If you first use the Taipei Metro on the same day (= your first redemption), the card is valid for 3 consecutive days from that date, from 2025/10/1 to 2025/10/3.
If your first redemption is the “Taiwan Dragon & Tiger Night Market Cup Set” or “A-Tsung Pineapple Cake / Taro Cake, choose 1 of 2,” it will also count as card activation, and the validity will start on the redemption day.

Important Notes

● Taipei 101 Observatory: Last admission is at 20:15 and closing time is 21:00. We recommend entering at least 30 minutes in advance to fully enjoy the experience. If you miss the admission time, please go to the manual ticket counter on the 5th floor for assistance.

● Tamsui Historical Museum: This ticket includes one admission each to Fort San Domingo, The Little White House, and Hobe Fort. Free-entry sites include Hobe MacKay Hospital, Tamsui Kinoshita Seigai Former Residence, Tada Eikichi Former Residence, Douglas Lapraik & Co., Hobe Fort Waterfront, and Tamsui Art Gallery.

● Gold Museum: This ticket only includes admission to the Four Joined Houses, Environmental Education Building, Alchemy Building, Jinguashi Special Exhibition Room, and Gold Building. Other paid experiences in the park are not included.

● Heping Island Park: Admission does not include the rock conservation area or Alabao Bay.

● Taipei Children’s Amusement Park: This includes park admission + 4 ride tickets. Please keep the 4 ride tickets with you throughout your visit to use 4 of the 13 selected rides in the park.

● National Museum of Marine Science & Technology: Only the Main Exhibition Building ticket is included. The Chaojing Smart Ocean Pavilion ticket is not included.

● Ching-Kuo Chi-Hai Cultural Park: Only admission to the Exhibition Hall is included. To visit the Chi-Hai Residence, please purchase a separate ticket on-site.

● Taiwan LONG HO Nightmarket glass 1 set (2 pieces): Redeem at ① Dadaocheng FunLAB ② Ximending Visitor Center (Exit 6, MRT Ximen Station).

● This pass does not include Taoyuan Airport MRT.

Booking Information

Your booking is confirmed only after payment is completed. Please complete payment within 1 hour after the order is placed. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after the deadline.
Ages 12 and above: please purchase the Adult Plan. Ages 6–11: please purchase the Child Plan.
Travelers using the Child Taipei FunPASS Unlimited must carry a valid ID document, such as a passport, for verification.
This card is an anonymous card. It cannot be reloaded, does not include a deposit, and cannot be reported lost or reissued if lost.

Card Return & Refund Policy

✖ Non-refundable Once the card has been used or damaged, returns and refunds will not be accepted.

✓ Refundable with a 10% handling fee Unused cards in good condition may be returned via the official website, app, or by email. A 10% handling fee based on the card’s selling price will be charged.

ℹ Refund available for card issues If the card cannot be scanned or used due to a card issue, and the card is intact with no man-made damage, you may apply for a return via the official website, app, or by email.

Card Return Application Process

[Step 1] Apply for a refund. Please choose one of the following methods:

● Official website: Go to “Member Center” ➔ “My Orders” ➔ select “Apply for Refund”.

● App: Go to “Member Center” ➔ “My Orders (Paid Orders)” ➔ “View Details” ➔ select “Apply for Refund”.

● E-mail: Send your request to customer service at service@fontrip.com.tw with the subject line “North–North–Keelung FunPASS Return Application”, and include your “Order Number” and “Purchaser Name” in the email.

[Step 2] Mail back the physical card

● Please mail the unused, undamaged FunPASS card in its complete packaging to Customer Service Center, 5F, No. 120, Sec. 2, Gongdao 5th Rd., Hsinchu City 300, Taiwan.

※ Please note: If the card is damaged or the physical card cannot be returned, the return request will not be accepted.
