The Taipei Water Park, located in the Gongguan shopping district, is the source of Taipei's water supply and serves as an environmental education site with the theme of "water resource conservation." The park features an incredibly fun outdoor water play area, including exciting water pipe slides, a large splash bucket to cool off, and a shallow pool perfect for young children to wade in. It is one of the most popular water play destinations for families in the Greater Taipei area!

① This is an electronic ticket (QR Code), no paper tickets will be sent.

② After payment is completed, please go to your mailbox to receive the [Payment Success Notification Letter] and use the QR Code attached to the letter for verification; or go to the [Member Center] → [My Orders] → [Paid] subpage of the website → click [View] on the QR Code attached for verification.

③ Bring your electronic certificate (QR Code) to the verification counter of the attraction and have it verified by the service staff for admission.

  • Redemption Method: Please go to the ticketing counter at the Water Park and use the QR code on the ticket vending machine to exchange for a physical ticket. Present the ticket to the staff to enter.

| System Order Notes

  • Within one hour of placing an order, payment must be completed. The system will automatically cancel orders that exceed the payment deadline.
  • The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you need to change the number of people, please request a refund and place a new order.
  • Products cannot be refunded after they have been redeemed.
  • If you have an unused product and wish to request a refund, please go to [Member Center]->[Paid]->[I want a refund] to apply for a refund. Refund requests will not be accepted after the deadline.
  • If you have any issues with the system or your order, please contact customer service at 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00.

Summer Season: July to August each year, 09:00–18:00 (Ticket sales and entry until 17:00)

Non-Summer Season: January to June and September to December each year, 09:00–17:00 (Ticket sales and entry until 16:00)

Notes:

  • The park is closed every Monday. If a Monday is a public holiday, the park will remain open as usual.
  • The Water Town Garden is primarily open during the summer season (July and August). Outside of summer, its opening hours are subject to park announcements.

| Notes

  • To maintain the cleanliness of the park, please dispose of trash in the designated bins.
  • The park's floral and landscape features are delicate; please do not climb on or trample them.
  • For visitor safety, bicycles, scooters, strollers, motor vehicles, and dangerous items such as fireworks are prohibited. The use of remote-controlled flying devices, such as drones, is also prohibited without permission.
  • To ensure a pleasant experience, smoking, betel nut chewing, drinking alcohol, and bringing pets into the park are prohibited.
  • Photos, videos, and recordings taken in the park cannot be used for commercial purposes without prior consent from the park.
  • To preserve the integrity of historical sites, do not damage or vandalize historic structures or related facilities.
  • Children under twelve must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please do not enter areas marked with “No Entry” signs to ensure safety.

    • This ticket is valid only during the non-summer period (January to June / September to December).
    • Each ticket is for one person and can be used only once; it cannot be reused after entry is validated.
    • The Water Experience Education Area - Lord’s Castle Gongguan Sports Center (additional fee required) is not included with this ticket and requires separate admission.
    • The applicable details for each ticket type are as follows: (Discounted tickets and free tickets must be accompanied by proof of eligibility)
