｜Physical Card Redemption Instructions

Present the electronic voucher (QR Code) at the service counter of the designated Taipei Metro stations listed below to redeem the card:

- Redemption Service Hours: Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 18:00

Actual redemption is subject to the real-time inventory of each location. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The package has a 14-day validity limit. It must be used up within 14 days after the first item in the package is activated. Example: If the first product is activated on January 1, 2026, the last day of use is January 14, 2026.

｜Taipei 101 Observatory Full Fare Ticket Usage Instructions

Please bring your card to the Observatory Ticket Counter on the 5th floor of the Taipei 101 Shopping Center. Use the "Taipei Fun Pass | Automatic Ticket Kiosk" to select your entry time and scan the barcode to redeem your ticket. Please enter during the designated time slot.

｜Taipei Metro One-Day Pass Usage Instructions

When entering the station, lightly touch the card to the sensing area. The turnstile will sound a prompt and display a green passing arrow, opening the gate for the passenger to pass through. When exiting, simply tap the card at the turnstile to exit.

｜EasyCard Value Usage Instructions

The EasyCard is applicable for transportation (Metro/Bus) and convenience store payments, allowing for easy transaction payments and quick access to the Metro/Bus. It can be topped up and used for shopping at major convenience stores.

｜Taipei 101 Observatory Notes

This ticket allows access to the 89F and 88F Observation Decks.
Operating hours may be adjusted during consecutive holidays and will be announced on the official website.
Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are strictly prohibited in this venue.
Visitors who are improperly dressed or wearing slippers will be refused entry.
In case of crowding, please follow the designated viewing routes in order, and be mindful of your personal belongings and safety.
Please do not bring outside food, pets, prohibited items, or dangerous goods into the venue.
Visitors who damage related equipment during the visit will be held liable for compensation.
Please cooperate with the security check of personal belongings.
Please comply with the relevant regulations of this venue and the guidance provided by service staff.
Large photography equipment is prohibited unless prior application has been made.
Children under 115 cm are exempt from purchasing a ticket, but primary school students (middle grades and below) must be accompanied by one adult.

｜Taipei Metro One-Day Pass Notes

Once automatically activated by tapping the station entry gate, the pass is valid for unlimited rides and distance until the end of operations on that day. Each ride is limited to one person.
Applicable scope: Taipei Metro and New Taipei Metro Circular Line (excluding Danhai Light Rail, Ankeng Light Rail, and Taoyuan Airport MRT).

｜System Order Notes

Payment must be completed within one hour of the order confirmation. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the system will automatically cancel the order.
The system does not offer order modification. If you wish to change the quantity, you must refund the current order and place a new one.
Once any product has been redeemed or used, refunds are not accepted.
For unused products, please go to "This Website's" Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for a Refund.
For system or order inquiries, please call 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays) 9:00 AM–12:00 PM / 1:00 PM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).

｜Package Notes

This card is an unregistered card. If lost, it cannot be reported lost or reissued.
If any item in this package has been redeemed/used or the card is damaged, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
Please be sure to check the operating hours of the redemption locations. If redemption is unavailable at a certain time, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
This ticket is limited to one person per ticket. Each electronic ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused after verification/redemption.
Taipei 101 Observatory: The last admission time is 20:15, and the closing time is 21:00. It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to fully enjoy the viewing experience.
The Taipei Metro One-Day Pass is valid for the day it is activated by the station entry gate (expires at 23:59 on the same day).

｜Card Refund Policy

Once the card is used or damaged, refunds will not be accepted.
Refundable, but a 10% processing fee will apply: If the card is unused and its appearance is normal, you must send it back in its complete original packaging for the refund process via the "Taipei FunPASS" official website, APP, or email. A 10% processing fee, based on the product's sales price, will be deducted.
Refundable due to card error: If the card cannot be scanned or used due to technical reasons, provided the card's appearance is intact and there is no man-made damage, you may also proceed with the refund process via the official website, APP, or email.

｜Refund Procedure

Website: Member Center → My Orders → Apply for a Refund.
APP: Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → View Details → Apply for a Refund.
E-mail: Write to the customer service mailbox service@fontrip.com.tw, Subject: [Taipei FunPASS Refund Application], and include your order number and purchaser's name.

[Step 2] Mail the Card Back

If the FunPASS is unused, has a normal appearance, and is in its complete packaging, please mail it to: [300 5F, No. 120, Sec. 2, Gongdao 5th Rd., Hsinchu City (Attn: Customer Service Center)]. If the card is damaged or cannot be returned, the refund will be denied.
