｜Validity Period

The validity period begins on the day you redeem your first item (ticket/experience/souvenir) and is valid for the consecutive number of days printed on the card (calculated by day, not by hour).

[Usage Example]
If you redeem a 3-Day Unlimited Physical Card at the designated pickup point on 2025/10/1 and first use it for Taipei Metro (first item), the card will be valid until 2025/10/3.
If your first redemption is for a souvenir (e.g. "Taiwan LONG HO Nightmarket glass 1 set (2 pieces)" or "Master A-Tsung Pineapple Cake/ Taro Pastry"), the validity period will also begin on that day. Please take note.

｜Physical Card Pickup Period

Please pick up your card within 10 days from your selected pickup date.

If not collected within 10 days, the card will be returned to the original shipping location. A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund (e.g. if your pickup date is Oct 1, pickup period is Oct 1–Oct 10).

This card is non-registered, non-rechargeable, and does not include a deposit. Lost cards cannot be suspended or reissued.

｜Refund & Return Policy

No refund: Once the card is used or damaged, refund/return is not accepted.

Refundable with 10% handling fee: If unused and in normal condition with complete packaging, please apply via the official “Taipei FunPASS” website, app, or email. A 10% handling fee of the card price will be charged.

Refund for defective cards: If the card malfunctions due to non-human damage and appearance is intact, refunds can be processed via the website, app, or email.

｜Refund Procedure

[Step 1] Apply for refund (choose one method below)

Website: Member Center → My Orders → Request Refund.

App: Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → View Details → Request Refund.

Email: Send to service@fontrip.com.tw with subject “Taipei FunPASS Refund Request”. Please include order number and purchaser’s name.

[Step 2] Return the card

The card must be unused, undamaged, and in complete packaging. Please mail to: 【5F, No.120, Sec.2, Gongdao 5th Rd., Hsinchu City 300, Taiwan – Customer Service Center】. Cards that are damaged or not returned cannot be refunded.

For ages 12 and above, please purchase the Adult Plan; for ages 6–11, please purchase the Child Plan.
Travelers holding the Unlimited Pass Child Edition must carry a valid ID (e.g. passport) for verification.
Taipei 101 Observatory: The last admission is at 20:15 and closing time is 21:00. Please enter at least 30 minutes in advance to fully enjoy the experience. Tickets not used within the time limit must be handled at the manual counter on the 5th floor of Taipei 101.
Tamsui Historic Museum (Fort San Domingo): This ticket includes one-time entry to Fort San Domingo, Little White House, and Hobe Fort. (Free access sites include Huwei Elementary School Hall, Former Residence of Tada Eikichi, Former Residence of Mokushi Seikou, Douglas Lapraik & Co., Fisherman’s Wharf Huwei Plaza, and Tamsui Arts Workshop.)
Gold Museum: This ticket includes entry to the Four Joined Japanese-Style Residences, Environmental Building, Gold Refining Building, Jinshui Special Exhibition Hall, and Gold Building. Paid activities in the park are not included.
Keelung Peace Island Park: Admission does not include the restricted rock area or Alabao Bay.
Children’s Amusement Park: This ticket includes park admission + 4 ride coupons. Please carry the coupons with you to use any 4 rides from the 13 available attractions.
National Museum of Marine Science and Technology: Includes admission to the Main Exhibition Hall only. Admission to the Ocean Theater and other facilities is not included.
Ching-Kuo Chi-Hai Cultural Park: Includes admission to the Exhibition Hall only. A separate ticket is required on-site to visit the Shihai Residence.
This product does not include the Taoyuan Airport MRT.
