In response to the Novel coronavirus epidemic, the museum has taken measures expand environmental disinfection to ensure safety and the prevention of outbreaks. From 14^th of February , the Northern Branch will adjust business hours as follows: Tuesday through Sunday from 09:00~17:00 and closes on every Monday; The Southern Branch will remain its business hours but may be subject to changes according to the epidemic.

• The audio guide system provides Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, Hakka Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Sign Language.
• Visitors who wish to rent the device can go to the audio guide counter on the 1^st floor. A deposit of a valid identity document or NT$3,000 is required. After the staff member assists in the QR Code verification, one can get the audio guide device.
