The "Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Service - Crown North Coast Line" connects 18 popular attractions along the North Coast. Departing from MRT Tamsui Station, the route stops at scenic points such as Sanzhi Visitor Center, Qianshui Bay, Baisha Bay, Fugui Cape Lighthouse, Shimen Arch, Zhongjiao Bay, Teresa Teng Memorial Park (Yun Yuan), Juming Museum, Jinshan Old Street, Jinshan & Wanli Hot Springs, and Yehliu Geopark.
Boasting a wealth of diverse tourism resources along the route—from beautiful, sweeping coastal vistas and the northernmost lighthouse to the unique Queen's Head rock formation, surfing/SUP experiences at Zhongjiao Bay, immersing yourself in a massive outdoor sculpture art museum, and hot springs with various mineral qualities—the line allows every traveler to explore at their own pace, immerse themselves in local culture, enjoy delicacies, and effortlessly discover the charm of the North Coast.

This is an electronic ticket (QR Code); no paper tickets will be sent separately.

Please present your electronic voucher (QR Code) to scan on the vehicle’s ticket machine upon boarding and alighting. Before scanning, it is recommended to turn up your phone screen brightness and tap to enlarge the QR Code to facilitate smooth verification.

The 1-Day Pass is valid for hop-on, hop-off travel on all scheduled bus services on the designated date. The 1-Day Pass is restricted to the designated travel date only, and seat reservation services are not provided.

MRT Tamsui Station Exit 2, turn right and walk for approx. 100 meters (Bus Station Zone 5, please line up at the Route 716 boarding lane on the ground); Yehliu Geopark Station. Hop-on and hop-off are available at all stations along the route.

Danhai Light Rail: Alight at Tamsui District Office Station Bus:
1. Take Kuo-Kuang Motor Transport Route 1815 (Taipei - Jinshan Youth Activity Center) from Taipei Main Station and alight at Yehliu or Jinshan District Office.
2. Take Bus Route 862 (Keelung - Tamsui) from Keelung Transit Station and alight at Yehliu or Jinshan District Office.

Each ticket is limited to one person's use.

The voucher can only be scanned once per vehicle ride. Reservations do not guarantee a seat (standing room is permitted as this is not a highway coach service); please line up in sequence at the scene to board and alight.

The 1-Day Pass is valid for hop-on, hop-off travel on all scheduled bus services on the designated date. The 1-Day Pass is restricted to the designated travel date only, and seat reservation services are not provided.

Low-floor bus services (marked with the wheelchair icon) do not stop at "Christian Ping-An Park", "Teresa Teng Memorial Park (Yun Yuan)", "Juming Museum", and "Jinshan Old Airport Site (Shengde Temple/Li Qi-feng Historical Residence)" stations along the route.

Actual arrival times may vary slightly depending on road traffic conditions on the day; please arrive at the station early to wait.

Services are suspended on weekdays from November to April. It is recommended to take New Taipei City Bus Routes 862 or 863 instead. For Juming Museum shuttle bus timetables, please refer to the official museum website.

※ System Important Notes

Payment must be completed within one hour after the order is created. The system will automatically cancel the order if it exceeds the payment deadline.

The system does not provide an order modification feature. If you wish to change the quantity, you must cancel the tickets and reorder.

Once any item has been redeemed and used, refund and return requests will not be accepted.

If the product remains completely unused, please go to the Member Center of "this website" → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Apply for a Refund to process your request.

For system or order issues, please call 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday (excluding national and regular holidays), 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 13:00 PM - 17:00 PM (closed for one hour at noon).

※ Redemption Restrictions

Once any product or complimentary gift within the combo ticket has been verified and used, requests for returns and refunds will not be accepted.
Please be sure to pay attention to the operating hours of the redeeming merchants. If redemption cannot be completed during a specific time slot, please redeem during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
Each ticket is restricted to one person's use. Each electronic voucher can only be used once; it cannot be reused after entry verification.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), and out of safety considerations, the organizer may postpone or cancel the activity with advance announcements and notifications. For any unmentioned matters, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the operational details of the activity.

※ Refund Rules

1. Ticket Returns: For unused 1-Day Passes, applications for ticket returns must be submitted at the latest 1 day prior to the scheduled travel date to waive the handling fee. Ticket returns will not be processed if the bus is missed on the day of travel. The return methods are as follows:

[E-mail] Send an email to the customer service mailbox service@fontrip.com.tw with the subject line [Crown North Coast Line 1-Day Pass Return Application], stating the order number and the purchaser's name in the content.
Upon agreeing to process the ticket return, Fontrip Technology Co., Ltd. will handle the e-invoices and ticket return procedures on your behalf.

2. In the event that passengers cannot board due to factors such as typhoons or vehicle breakdowns affecting the reserved bus services, a full refund can be requested. For refunds, please send an [E-mail] to the customer service mailbox service@fontrip.com.tw with the subject line [Crown North Coast Line Return Application, Typhoon/Vehicle Breakdown], stating the order number and the purchaser's name in the content.
