※ Redemption Method

This is an electronic ticket (QR Code), no paper ticket will be sent.
Please scan the electronic voucher (QR Code) on the bus device when boarding and alighting. Before scanning, it is recommended to increase your phone screen brightness and enlarge the QR Code to facilitate verification.
The one-day pass is valid only on the specified day of travel for all trips; the one-day pass must be used on the designated travel day only, and seat reservation services are not provided.

※ How to Ride 177

【By Train】

From Taiwan Rail Taoyuan, Banqiao, Wanhua, Taipei, and Songshan stations, take the train towards Yilan (Yilan County) or Hualien (North Link Line), get off at Ruifang Train Station, and walk to the District Square (eastward) or Ruifang Train Station (Fengjia Road) stop to board 177 holiday bus.

【By Bus】

From MRT Fuzhong Station, Banqiao Bus Station, Wanhua Station, MRT Ximen Station, MRT Beimen Station etc., take line 965 and alight at District Square (eastward) to board the 177 holiday bus.
From MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing Station, Songshan Station etc., take lines 1061 or 1062, and alight at District Square (eastward) to board 177 holiday bus.
From Yuanshan Transfer Station (Yumen), City Hall Transfer Station, take line 1579 to National Marine Biology Museum (Bi Shui Lane) and then board the 177 holiday bus.
From City Hall Transfer Station, take line 2088A to National Marine Biology Museum, walk about 10 minutes to Bi Shui Lane to board the 177 holiday bus.
From Keelung Transfer Station, take line 788 (including districts) to District Square (eastward) or take line 791 (including districts) to National Marine Biology Museum (Bi Shui Lane) to board the 177 holiday bus.

One ticket per person only.
Only one ticket can be used per vehicle per ride, and seating is not guaranteed (standing is allowed on non-highway buses). Please queue and board in sequence at the venue.
The day pass is valid only on the specified date of travel and can be used for all rides on that day. The day pass is designated for use only on the specified date and does not include reserved seating.

※ System Instructions

Payment must be completed within one hour of order confirmation. Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within the deadline.
The system does not offer the ability to modify orders. If you need to change the quantity, you must cancel and rebook your order.
No refunds will be given for any product once it has been redeemed.
For unused products, please go to "This Website" → Member Center → My Orders (Paid Orders) → Request a Refund.

※ Redemption Restrictions

Once any item or gift in the package is redeemed and used, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Please pay attention to the business hours of the redemption store. If redemption is not possible during those hours, please redeem during other normal business hours within the validity period.
This ticket is limited to one use per person; each electronic ticket can only be used once and cannot be reused after entry verification.
In case of force majeure events (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, etc.), considering public safety, the organizer may postpone or cancel the event and announce and contact in advance. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event.

※ Refund Rules

I. Ticket Refunds: For unused one-day tickets, a refund must be requested the day before the scheduled travel date without a fee; refunds are not accepted for no-shows on the day of travel. Refund methods are as follows:

Please go to the 【Funtrip Card Website】 Member Center → My Orders → Request a Refund.
【E-mail】Send an email to the customer service at service@fontrip.com.tw with the subject 【177 Ruifang Tourist Bus One-Day Ticket Refund Request】, stating the order number and purchaser's name.
Upon agreeing to process the refund, Fontrip Technologies Co., Ltd. will handle the electronic invoice and refund matters.

II. Passengers who cannot take the bus due to typhoons or vehicle breakdowns can request a full refund. For refunds, please 【E-mail】 send an email to customer service at service@fontrip.com.tw with the subject 【177 Ruifang Tourist Bus One-Day Ticket Refund Request, Typhoon/Vehicle Trouble】, stating the order number and purchaser’s name.
