Taipei Fun Pass

National Taiwan Science Education Center is an exhibition hall with multiple scientific exhibitions and many educational activities. The permanent exhibition themes include life science, physics, chemistry, mathematics and earth science. The special exhibition area exhibits scientific knowledge in life by vivid and wonderful display methods.

National Taiwan Science Education Center also organizes interesting science-related exhibitions from time to time with domestic and oversea museums. Besides, there are dynamic 3D theater, earthquake theater, science library and well-equipped science laboratory to broaden visitors’ knowledge on applied science.

※Open Hours:

• Close on Mondays, except for national holidays and certain holidays. Open every day on winter and summer vacations.
• Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, winter and summer vacations: 9:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m. (last entry 17:00 p.m.)
• Tuesdays to Fridays, except winter and summer vacations: 9:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m. (last entry 16:00 p.m.)

※Visitors’ Notices

• Smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are not allowed in the building.
• No food or drink in the areas other than the restaurant and the food court.
• No pets, dangerous goods, food and drink in the exhibition areas.
• Please wear appropriate attire, i.e. no topless, undershirts or slippers.
• Do not wear roller skates/blades in the building.
• Bicycles, skateboards and pets are not allowed in the building.
• It is required that children under 6 be accompanied by a parent with ticket. It is suggested that children aged from 6 to 12 be accompanied by a parent.

• Admission tickets are not refundable after use and are restricted to use on the date of purchase.
• Any group activities, non-exhibition guided tours and any sales activities are prohibited in the exhibition areas.
• It is an open public space. Do not lie on the chair or ground.
• Do not yell and run in the exhibition areas
• For borrowing a wheelchair or baby cart, please contact the information center on the first floor.
• Free lockers (also large luggage lockers) are available on the first floor to provide temporary storage.
• Due to construction work, please pay attention to the latest announcements (open hours, public service, etc.).
