Jioufen Teahouse

Skyline Teahouse, facing the sea and mountains, nearby Shengping Theater, is one of the best locations for appreciating Jiufen’s natural and cultural views. • Business hours：Sunday to Thursday 08:30 a.m. to 00:00 a.m、Friday 08:30 a.m. to 01:00 a.m.、Saturday 08:30 a.m. to 02:00 a.m.
• The business hour during regular holiday, national holiday, a long weekend, Chinese New Eve and Year is based on announcement on official website.

• Please exchange within business hour. Once allowed on that day. Thanks for cooperation.

Exchange Times

• Limit to exchange once. The voucher is unable to exchange to cash or changes or use with other promotions. Non-designated or expired goods are forbidden.

The reminder of showing E-ticket

• Please inform the staff in advance and show QR code and PIN code on your E-ticket while using.

Exchange Reminder

• Please follow the contents and rules listed on product pages on app or websites. If not, stores may have surcharged or refused to exchange.

The rule of reservation

• Please exchange on reserved date or open hour. The minimum 2 people is suggested. Each person one voucher.
• Reserve 5 days in advance. Respond within 2 working days.
• Keep the reservation for 15 minutes. (Please wait in line if arriving late.) Please press the button of refund 2 days in advance.
• The store can refuse to exchange and refund if not to follow the rules.

The rules of cancellation

• Rerfund you in full amount if cancel 2 days before departure date.
• Deduct 30% as transaction fee if cancel 1 day before departure date.
• Not refund if cancel on departure date.
• Not refund due to irrelevant reasons of store.
• Please contact Customer Service on own due to irresistible reasons like natural disaster. We will refund you in part of amount.

• The sum charged by goods has been deposited in the E.Sun Bank where issuer opened the trust account. The appropriation shall be strictly followed. The appropriation means issuer discharged the delivery and offered the service.
