Free guided tour is open to non-group visitors. Sign up at the Visitor Center, maximum 20 people.
※The Keelung City Government can make the decisions to stop and start work and class apart from the provisions of the “Operation Regulations on the Suspension of Offices and Classes because of Natural Disasters.
※According to the “Disaster Prevention and Protection Act” and other regulations, the commanders of the Central and Local Emergency Operation Centers, within the necessary scope of disaster response, shall take in the scope of the park and restrict or prohibit people from entering the park or make them leave.
※ The park shall be fully or partially closed when it will affect the safety of the visitors through the observation by North Coast & Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration.
Admission Notice
“Safety First” is the common belief of the Heping Island Park. Please follow the safety rules.
- Children under age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent.
- Children should be accompanied by a parent while playing or using any facility.
- Please keep your belongings with you, Heping Island Park is not responsible for ones’ belongings.
- Please leash your pet or use pet box. Clean up pet waste. There is no pet deposit service in the park.
- There is a smoking area in the park. Do not smoke at the non-smoking area.
- Please do not enter the restricted area without application.
- Commercial video recording, teaching or other business practices must be applied in advance according to the venue rental rules.
- Conducting group activities that affect others in the park must be applied in advance.
- The use of drone must be applied in advance according to the drone filming rules of Heping Island Park.
- Do not use sports equipment such as in-line skates, bicycles, skateboards or other items of the same nature, except for official use.
- Do not bring your own tents and shade equipment to the park.
- Do not use fire equipment, toxic substances, flammable materials or hazardous goods.
- It is prohibited to break off flowers, grasses and trees, climb rocks, and capture creatures in the park.
- In case of natural disasters, power outages, water cuts or other temporary failures or irresistible factors, please cooperate with related measures of the park.
- Only the guides trained by the park and the volunteers of the North Coast & Guanyinshan National Scenic Area Administration are allowed to use amplifier as assigned by the park.
- The citizens of Zhongzheng District of Keelung City are allowed to pick sea weeds in the park by presenting their ID.
**Do not bring your own tents and shade equipment to the park. Though it is currently in the propaganda period, it is forbidden to use shade equipment larger than 300cm x 300cm.
**Visitors who destroy public property and affect the operation and safety of the park will not be allowed to use the facility and enter the Heping Island Park.
**If an accident is caused by breaking the rules above, the people involved shall be responsible for it, and the park will not be liable for compensation.

Outdoor Pool Notice
*In order to maintain the safety and rights of swimmers, please read the notice before entering the pool.
Please follow the regulations and the instructions given by the safety maintenance personnel for your safety.
- Do not enter the restricted area of the outdoor pool. Do not enter the outdoor pool at closed time. Children under age of 12 cannot enter the pool alone and must be accompanied by a parent.
- The Blue Ocean Pool has different zones. Please use it according to the announcement of the park.
- Please warm up before entering the outdoor pool. Please consider swimming skills and health conditions due to the water depth. Do not enter the pool for being unwell or with infectious disease.
- The Blue Ocean Pool is a natural sea pool with water depth of 2.5 meters. The Kiddie Pool is a natural sea pool with water depth of about 60 centimeters. Children shall be accompanied by a parent while playing in the pool.
- The break time for outdoor pool is subject to the on-site announcement. In case of big waves or irresistible factors, the pool will be closed. Please follow the instructions given by the safety maintenance personnel.
- When the water level of the Blue Ocean Pool is higher than the marking line (180 cm), diving is allowed in a specific place. However, its nearby area is prohibited to play and run.
- Do not discard wastes and pollutant. To maintain natural ecology, do not capture creatures or carry fishing nets.
- When using outdoor pools and facilities, it is recommended to wear swimwear, non-slippery shoes, and avoid approaching to sea urchins, barnacles, etc. to prevent from injury.
- To experience the intertidal zone, it is recommended to wear non-slippery shoes and follow the instructions of the safety maintenance personnel and avoid approaching to sea urchins, barnacles, etc. to prevent from injury.
- The followings are not allowed: nude swimming, walking on the edge of the outdoor pools, playing ball sports, bringing ones’ own diving equipment (long fins, gas cylinders, etc.) and swimming tools longer than 200 centimeters.
- Do not bring pets into the rest of the pools except for the pet water area.
- Do not climb the lookout tower and arbitrarily use or destroy life-saving equipment. It is forbidden to file false saving reports and do whatever that interfere lifeguards.
- Do not enter the open sea from the outdoor pool area without the permission of the park.
