• This ticket is for child admission, applicable to children aged 4 and above but under 12 years old.

｜Xpark Urban Aquatic Park

Xpark is Taiwan's first urban aquatic park. It faithfully recreates the environments of various organisms from different regions of the Earth through the integration of space performance and technology. In a meticulously calculated space where temperature, humidity, scent, and sound are all considered, the immersive environment extends from the ceiling to the floor and into the aquariums, presenting a powerful 360° sensory experience. Visitors feel as if they are truly immersed in the scenes, using their five senses to experience the authentic settings. The main focus is on the organisms living in these environments, showcasing the wonders of their evolution and adaptation to changing surroundings. The environmental performances highlight the charm of these organisms from various perspectives. Xpark satisfies people's endless desire for knowledge and the joy of discovery, making it a unique educational and entertaining facility in the world.

▲Formosa-One of the iconic attractions at Xpark is the approximately four-story tall transparent aquarium located in this area. Standing beside the giant aquarium gives visitors the sensation of diving into the depths of the ocean.

▲Healing Jellyfish-The walls are covered with reflective mirrors on all sides, and the dimly lit, ever-changing multicolored lights cast upon the transparent jellyfish completely subvert our preconceived notions of an aquarium. Accompanied by the enchanting music composed by the master, Joe Hisaishi, visitors are immersed in a kaleidoscopic and fantastical world that is truly mesmerizing. 

▲Penguin Life-Magellanic penguins and king penguins coexist here, and their adorable body shape and waddling steps never fail to bring out the childlike wonder in people.

｜Notes for System Orders

• Within one hour of placing an order, payment must be completed. The system will automatically cancel orders that exceed the payment deadline.
• The system does not provide the option to modify orders. If you need to change the number of people, please request a refund and place a new order.
• Products cannot be refunded after they have been redeemed.
• If you have an unused product and wish to request a refund, please go to [Member Center]->[Paid]->[I want a refund] to apply for a refund. Refund requests will not be accepted after the deadline.
• If you have any issues with the system or your order, please contact customer service at 03-5910052 during customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00.

|Notes for Redemption

• Usage Period: Valid for use on the specified date and within the specified time.
• Entry Time: Within one hour of the session selected by the visitor; recommended visit duration is two hours.
  Example: Session 10:00 (Entry Time 10:00 - 11:00)
• Special Holiday Hours: None.
• Parking Discount: Please present the QR code in your ticket to the Taoyuan Land Plaza parking payment counter for a discount (one car can use one adult ticket for parking discount, with a discount limit of 1 hour, for adult tickets only).

|Ticket Price

• Please proactively present relevant identification documents for verification by the ticketing staff when purchasing tickets. Also, remember to bring the necessary documents for inspection before entering the venue. If you cannot provide valid identification, you will need to purchase a new ticket as an adult. Once individuals eligible for the discount have entered with their tickets, partial refunds or ticket price adjustments are not available. 
  • Relevant identification document requirements are as follows:
    • Student ticket: Valid student ID card (original copy). For graduating students, please provide the official admission notice or registration form for the current year, along with your identification card.
      
    • Children ticket, Charity ticket: Disability certificate, pregnancy health booklet, national identification card, or government-issued identification document with a photo, ID number, and date of birth that sufficiently verifies your identity.

| Visiting Notes

• To maintain the quality of the visit and ensure the safety of the animals, please observe the following guidelines when entering the facility. Kindly cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.
  • No outside food allowed.
  • No smoking.
  • No pets allowed, except for working dogs.
  • No use of flash photography, tripods, or selfie sticks.
  • No tapping or climbing on display windows.
  • No loud noises or use of amplifiers.
  • No feeding of the animals. The management reserves the right to advise, stop, or deny entry to individuals engaging in activities that disrupt the visit experience or compromise animal safety.
    
• In case of renovation, construction, or significant incidents that may affect the exhibition areas, the management reserves the right to temporarily close certain areas as necessary.

• To respect the natural behavior of the animals, specific areas within the facility may not be open at all times. Please refer to the on-site announcements or consult the staff for details and cooperation.
