Taipei Fun Pass

• Please go to the designated verification location, where staff will scan your WMG2025 FunPASS. Follow their instructions for entry. For more information on the designated verification locations, please refer to https://funpass.travel.taipei/WMG2025FunPASS-admission-instruction.html
• Please ensure you follow the entry procedures for each attraction, especially those that require exchanging the card for a ticket before entry: Maokong Gondola, Taipei 101 Observatory, Miramar Ferris Wheel, Heping Island Park, and Frog Rock Skywalk. Also, make sure the card is scanned by staff to avoid accidental deductions from the EasyCard balance. (Please refer to the entry instructions for each attraction.)
  

• The attraction tickets and experience activities included in the WMG2025 FunPASS must be used by June 15, 2025. (The EasyCard can be topped up and used separately, and is not subject to the expiration date for attractions.) 
  
• The Pass is also an EasyCard. Please top up before use. For other regulations on the use or refund, please refer to the user information attached to the Pass or visit the EasyCard website for more information: https://www.easycard.com.tw/easycard 
• The card is non-personalized, so if it is lost, it cannot be reported or reissued. Please take care to keep it safe.

Pre-order Item Pick-up:

• Pick-up Method: Starting from May 1, 2025, you can pick up your card at the selected pick-up location as specified in your order.
  
• Pick-up Locations: There are 3 locations where you can pick up the card: Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at Taoyuan International Airport (Unite Traveler service desks), and the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park WMG2025FunPASS Mobile Service Station.※The Songshan Cultural and Creative Park Universiade FunPASS Mobile Service Station will be open from May 10 to May 30. The daily operating hours will be announced after confirmation, so please check the official website for updates before picking up your card.
  
• The attraction tickets can be used on different days as long as they are used before June 15, 2025.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are accepted for purchases made before the pre-order deadline of 11:59 p.m. on March 18, 2025. After this deadline, returns and refunds will not be accepted. Please apply for refunds through the website's Member Center.
  • 【Website】Go to Member Center → My Orders → Request Refund.
  • 【Email】Send an email to the customer service address service@fontrip.com.tw with the subject "WMG2025 FunPASS Return Request" and include the order number and purchaser's name in the body of the email.
    
  • Notice: If you paid via LINE PAY and request a refund after 60 days, an additional offline processing fee of NT$30 will be charged. Please provide a copy of your bank statement. Once we receive your bank statement, we will process the manual refund, which may take approximately 30 business days.

• Once the card has been used, returns and refunds will not be accepted, and damaged products cannot be reissued or refunded.
• For purchases made through a platform or channel, please contact the original purchase channel to process returns according to their return policy.
• The process for returning a defective card is as follows. Refunds will only be processed if the card is tested and confirmed to be unreadable.

• EasyCard: This specific EasyCard shall be topped up by cash. The deposit within is refundable with handling fee of NT$20 to be charged. However, the card itself is non-refundable.
